A wise sage once advised at the start of my journey, “keep a journal of what you learn”. Re-write those things. That advice is paying dividends. It’s priceless! It’s become my quick reference to brush up on what I’ve learned. To grasp fundamentals is a longer investment than following a trend.

HTML, DOM, the fundamentals of programming, accessibility, typography, reasoning and creativity won’t ever become obsolete. Frameworks are for a season, fundamentals are forever.

Also, things that are horrible saber tooth beasts when you write them, become cute cuddly kittens. What was once hard to understand, becomes easy.
