Jarred is a UI Engineer with eight years professional experience. He cares about the entire development cycle. Besides engineering he also contributes to user interface design, user experience, API architecture, documentation, and team chemistry. Jarred is a creative problem solver who is willing to learn new skills to drive his team towards success.

When creating software Jarred focuses on the people who create and consume it. He thinks user experience is of utmost importance. Jarred is emotionally intelligent. He codes in HTML, CSS/LESS/SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, SQL, and PHP. He is familiar with the JS frameworks: JQuery, Knockout, Angular.js, Angular 2+, Underscore, and TypeAhead. Jarred believes in following the Agile process closely. He is flexible and handles reshuffling priorities like a champion.

When Jarred is not at work, he can be found spending time with his beautiful wife Kristen and two daughters. Together, they love to hike, camp, dance, play board games, and be silly. Jarred is also a snowboarder, saxophonist, guitarist, singer, D&D player, miniature painter, and sports enthusiast.
